Limit for Taxable Income to benefit from cancellation of Tax d'Habitation & Tax Foncier for 75 + year olds

Would appreciate the limit for taxable income to qualify for non payment of Tax Habitation & Fonciers for 75 year olds.  Last year the limit for those over 60 was 16,311 euros.

Should be grateful for update, please.

Dn't forget that even if you have to pay some you may get a allègement if you are under 25 156 €

... is this limit individuel or par foyer ?

Hi Gyn,

Not sure what you mean by par "foyer" but I refer to a couple, one aged 73 t'other 75 years.

The taxable income being AFTER all allowances and usual deductions.

Yes that's what I supposed.. My wife's income in total would fall below the limit, but with my pension added in it is above the limit, so as a household we would - one assumes - not qualify.
