In fact this part"The United States will preserve its rights, capabilities, and freedom of action in space... and deny, if necessary, adversaries the use of space capabilities hostile to US national interests," is hardly any different to the policy outlined under the Democrats 10 years ago. Dog Posted October 21, 2006 Share Posted October 21, 2006 It is laughable but not surprising as they do the same with the www.You can be tried under US law for mail fraud for illegal activities anywhere in the world on the www.All UK emails are directly intercepted by US I am not sure exactly how they do it with France as the French are not as deep in the US pocket as the UK.
