Computer Problem.

I googled it and came up with this:

"It stands for Upgrade App and is an automatic software updater used by various programs. You may be not require it. Find the program folder. Open it and change the .exe file to .old which will stop the program running. Leave it for a few weeks. If nothing stops working, run the uninstaller. If the program is needed, just change the file back to .exe."

Hi you could try:

1. Start > Run

2. type   msconfig in the box and click OK

3. click on the far right tab Startup

4. Scroll down the list and see if Upapp appears on the list if it does click on the box to remove the tick

5. Click apply

6. A window will pop up asking if you want to restart or not. Select restart and when you are restarted go back into Msconfig to see if the Upapp program has reloaded, if it is still unticked, great if not....then we think again[geek]
