mint
A sign of the times? And, of course, it happened in the most consumerist society in the world. But, let's not get too smug. Not a nice thought, but it could conceivably happen elsewhere. Not in our local intermarché though; the check-out girls are too busy chatting to their colleagues in the next aisle to serve the customers [:P]
Callie
One would rather hope that the current situation would start to make people think a little before spending...... but to push and shove in that manic way - and then the reaction on being told that a man was dead..... Didn't anyone have a conscience at all ??
Mr Coeur de Lion
Absolute scum to think that trying to buy a few useless pieces of crap at a shop to in order to perhaps save themselves a couple of dollars is more important than a person's life.
