valB Posted December 3, 2008 Author Share Posted December 3, 2008 We had a shopping trip to Auchan this afternoon and decided to go into KFC and I must say it was really very nice. They also have some delighful little dessert like Tirimisu and Panna Cotta. Free refills for soft drinks as well so all in all quite a pleasant meal all round. It is nice to have that sort of thing now and again but it is the only "fast food" that I will eat as I dislike beef burgers and sausages. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ViVienne Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 been trying to pursuade the OH to spend a day looking around the large out of town shops in that area, been to the Auchan a couple of times, it's nearly an hours drive for us. Apart from KFC they also have the Hippopotamus restaurant which is part of a chain and we used one when we were in Paris and the food was good. Also there is a drive through called Quick and a new Pizza place. Inside the mall there is of course Flunch which is also good value for money, a Chinese eat as much as you like and an Italian place but that is mailnly Pizzas and Chiabbata type sandwiches.
