Many French banks have discontinued offering this service as a result of FACTA but I amHopeful there may still be some French banks that are still open for business with Americans. Lori Posted December 29, 2020 Share Posted December 29, 2020 We (Americans) got our first French home mortgage at Credit Agricole (I don't recommend them). Many years later we used BNP Paribas's International division. I believe they still work with Americans.They were quite responsive to us.
