Frederick Posted January 24, 2013 Share Posted January 24, 2013 As the developing world's older population have yet to have the luxury of old age pension's and care homes to fall back on . They need to produce many children so they can share the responsibility of taking care of them when they are no longer able to work and keep themselves. The more kids they have the better life will be in their old age . That is their insurance policy and I can not see them being persuaded to have fewer children .
