The results of yesterdays vote between Norbert Hofer, of the Freedom Party (Far right) and independent Alexander Van der Bellen, (backed by the Greens) was too close too call last nite so the final result will be determined by the count of the postal votes today.The post of President is pretty well ceremonial but they do have the power to dismiss the chancellor and parliament.It would seem more and more Europeans are becoming pi*sed off with things European.regardscajal Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
