In my case, I am about to sign a 6 month CDD contract and there is a possibility I may leave after the first 2 months. BJSLIV Posted July 7, 2005 Share Posted July 7, 2005 There area I believe sa numberf of "Force Majeure" reasons which would allow you to leave the post. However if these do not apply, and your employer does not want you to go, I believe that they can demand damages for breach of contract. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
