joidevie
Hi, I'm trying to find the French equivalent to the UK's DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs). In particular something as detailed as their publication "Control ofOdour and Noise from Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems" Report toDepartment for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs kitchen. It's a 100page document setting out all the regulations for installing commercialkitchen exhaust systems. ( available online as a pdf or as apublication ).I need details of flue positiong in relation to neighbours, odour & noise output etc..Many thanks if anyone can oblige !
