Direct Flights

Recommended Posts

If your destination is west of Clermont-Ferrand then Limoges will probably be a shorter drive from the airport.  However what may help sway it for you is the cost and times of the flights.

As an example if you fly out on Monday 1st August, Stansted to Limoges is £69.99 (Ryanair, one way, excluding taxes); St Etienne (Ryanair) is £29.99 and Lyon (EasyJet)  £23.99 / £29.99.

The difference between the dearest and cheapest flights for a family of 4 is £220 (including taxes) and that’s just one way – enough to pay for the hire car!

The prices of flights go up and down – Limoges could be the cheapest on another date.  It pays to shop around, and if you dont mind a slightly longer drive, you could save a fair amount.
