val douest
Does anyone know anywhere in France where I can buy live mealworms (by mail), for feeding to wild birds ? None of the UK suppliers can/will mail to France. Thanks,Val
pip24
I can't answer your question about buying by mail Val but what about the small fridge in the Super Market that has Anglers Bait in it. I'm sure there will be some sort of juicy wiggly things in there that the birds would like!
val douest
That's a thought, Pip - thanks. I'll have a look next week. If they are good enough for fish I'm sure they must be OK for a hungy robin!Val
Moriarty
I've had difficulty too and in fact friends bring over tubs of dried mealworms from teh UK ... places like Pets R Us usually stock them. But my local Gamm Vert has wormy wriggling things in stock for the fishermen and I buy a tub every now and again.
