On Tuesday (27th) we are due to sign for the sale of this house at 10.00 am, and sign for the purchase of our new home at 11.00 am. We have the same immobilier for both the sale and the purchase, and the same notaire. It was agreed when we decided to buy our new house that we would not have to put a deposit on the property (or you could argue that the deposit put on our house was the deposit for the new place!) and the seller was happy with this.
