hoverfrog
we wrote a computer program to convert numbers to french text just to aquiant ourselves with the rules, and just because we're programmers and we get bored from time to time too!The Mac version is available from:http://homepage.mac.com/the.sanctuary/CurrencyConverter.dmgWindows and mobile phone versions available on request (a java-enabled phone is required)Deals with all the adding/or not an 's' or a hyphen, etc.... Cerise
marc62 - when we moved here our elderly neighbour marched round and dragged my husband to the village 'Loto'. His cries of 'I'm only 42, I'm a bloke and I don't do bingo!' were wasted on her as she dragged him down the street and into a hall where lots of elderly ladies gave him whiskery kisses and fed him with homemade fouace. Consequence is he learned his numbers very quickly - as she made him go until he was number perfect. Possible line of learning?
