Francine bread flour

Ooh!  That seems dear.  I don't think that I paid that much.  I think I worked out that for a bag of flour and a 40g fresh yeast - 35ct. - it cost 1€ a BIG loaf.  That can last us a week!  Stays fresh too.

What with a slice of toast, maybe a bit for his cheese....  I used to buy bread and give most of it to the chickens.  If you make a lot though, I see your point!

We've just had some bread made from the Francine white flour and it was really good so even though the flour was 2.10 euro I'll be buying it again. It is 1.5 kilos instead of the usual 1 kilo. But a big difference in the price I pay for farine complet at the local mill - 2.45 euro for 5 kilos. Pat.
