Food glossary

This may have been mentioned on the forum before, but I have only just found the site.  For those interested in a food glossary take a look at the Patricia Wells website glossary.   Found at www.patriciawells.com  then click on the glossary tab at the top of the screen.

I believe it is meant to be an aide for restaurant menus (for those not speaking enough French to know what they are ordering).  However, I found it quite interesting in general.  It would have answered the Watercress question recently posted.  It is 41 pages long ! but I did print it out as I found it so helpful.

Just FYI.
