johnycarper
when we purchased our home the previous owner still kept 30 acres of land next to ours,we have now heard she is looking to sell it.I thought i read somewhere that in france the person selling has to offer to their neighbours first is this correct. Can anyone tell me what a rough price for an acre of pasture lands sells for in france,i appreciate it may vary by area but i just wanted a rough guide. cooperlola
If it is farmland then the farming community certainly has to turn it down first, iirc. I think the organisation in question is called SAFFA or something similar. My farmer friend is just bunging some hay in my barn. I'll ask him if he knows when he's finished.
