Clair
Loads of recipes on Google.fr.For example: For one litre - Make between August 15 and September 8. 80 leaves 200g sugar 1 glass of kirsch 1 bottle of rosé Wash leaves and shake them in a dry cloth. Put everything in a large jar with a tight lid If you do not have a lid, use 2 or 3 layers of foil tightly held around the neck with a rubber band. Allow to macerate 15 to 20 days, then filter, bottle and close stoppers tightly. Variation: can be made with red wine and brandy. Tips: During maceration, turn the container 2 or 3 times a day to mix ingredients. To filter, use a funnel lined with coffee paper filter or with very fine white linen. ensure the bottles are clean and stoppers tight. Will also keep very well - Lay the bottles.
