I have also asked the butcher in our local Grand Frais and he chopped them off the ends of the legs of lamb for me. What I also do now - each time I buy a leg of lamb for Sunday dinner, I cut off the "souris", stick it in the freezer, then when I have enough, I cook our favourite curry !!!!
