stan
I am looking to "build" a 2 bird roast for Christmas, preferable using boneless turkey and duck meat packs from the supermarket.Does anyone have any recipe ideas or how to "put it together", along with cooking times? Obviously you can tell I am a complete novice at this, but cannot find anything similar at our local Super U !

stan
Thanks for all of these. I have already tried the Google search but cannot find any recipe for the "building" of a bird using pre-boned meat, which is what my post is all about.
