So who would have a galette des rois other than a in January and often as a gouter with friends and family???

I must say I love it, but it had it's specific time each year.

I make sunflower oil cake (recipe from a friend's spannish mother), but have never put wine in it, not sure about that, although I may give it a try next time I make one.

Although, as I like cake in general, I like all the above, but it is all very everyday, nothing special.

Typical of the frequent errors that they should include a galette des rois as a dessert when as you say it is for the Fête des rois...Epiphany, , and it isn't a dessert really.
