idun Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 When any of you buy in France, what research do you do to find out that you aren't moving to the worst/roughest place in the region or at least somewhere the locals do not 'want' to be as this after all could affect selling your place later. I imagine that prices in the past may have given some indication to steer clear or at least give some thought as to why Relent-des-Egouts was was cheaper than Ste Merveile. I suspect that the bargains may have seduced people as the 'place' looked OK and not really any different to anywhere else. Whereas it really was.
