valB
Is it the same name in French as in English ? I have tried the translation site and it does not change so I assume as it is not a French cheese that the name stays the same and does anyone know where it can be purchased to save a lot of leg work for me. JayJay
It's ricotta here too & you'll find it with all the other cheeses in the supermarkets.

babcock
It stands a fair chance of being the same name as it is italian.
