idun Posted February 3, 2013 Share Posted February 3, 2013 Aren't there lots and lots of laws that should have been but have never been repealed, or modernised in France and the UK and probably in lots of other countries.I had heard about this Parisien law before, but I hadn't realised that it had not been kicked into touch until now, about time isn't it!
