Vaughat
I've just found 2 bushes which have been stripped of all their leaves by what I think are Cinnabars caterpillars (Yellow and black striped and surrounded by what looks like spiders webs ). There are other bushes which they have just started to attack - my question is what can I do to get rid of them ?Tony
Battypuss
Catch one, stick it in a jar and take it to the nearest Garden Centre. Make throat-cutting motions. Read the instructions carefully.

Vaughat
Thought I would update you,as I said the bushes were completely bare - all the leaves had eaten. When I looked more closely the caterpillars had all dropped to the base of the bush and were collected together in a web type sack - so I used an old fashioned and effective treatment - I squashed them all. To late for the bush but should save a couple of hundred moths bothering me this year. Tony
