Sharkster Posted August 11, 2007 Share Posted August 11, 2007 After my sons visit to the optician (not the glasses shop) I have a feuille de soin, since they did not have a machine for the carte vital. I know where to take it manually, but I either have to wait for the 1 day in the week the CPAM comes to my town or drive for about 1 hour round trip. Also with it being August CPAM do not always come. I have about 4 different addresses for our local CPAM office, but the main one is in Montpellier. A couple of our feuilles never surfaced in the CPAM office and we were able to produce the copy to show them what we had sent.
