Gyn_Paul Posted July 9, 2005 Share Posted July 9, 2005 I think the diseqC 1.2 is a set of standards as much as anything, so another manufacture's motor should work if it is expected to function under DiseqC 1.2. Even if not, assuming the voltages are the same, it might well work. even then it's possible to bodge it: I had an analogue (5-wire) positioner which kicked out 36v, and was happy to drive a 24v motor via a couple of resistors. try it on the ground first, though!paul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
