Deimos Posted October 18, 2005 Share Posted October 18, 2005 Probably depends on how you faxed before you had ADSL.If you used a modem connected to your telephone line and still have the same modem connected to the telephone line then it will still work as before. Just because you have an ADSL box (sometimes also called a modem) does not mean you need to disconnect your old modem – you just wont use it to dial-up for e-mail/internet/things like that.Ian Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Actually while waiting for a reply I grovelled around on the floor and poked about at the back and discovered a cobwebby phone line socket, so pulled the one out of the back of the phone and it burst into life, and wizzed off the fax.Thanks..p Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
