Harvey
I have bought a new laptop two weeks ago....all fine, I was able to put in network key to log on to Livebox. Then, this afternoon, for some reason it is asking me to put in network key again. Can someone remind me, is it case/space sensitive, I have put many different ways but it doesnt want to know...now I am receiving a message to plug a cable into the network adapter 'LAN' no idea what that means.....any help gratefully received......I logged off the usual way the last time I used it. Will
Are you pressing the button on the livebox before entering the key? - unless you do this the livebox will not register your wireless device.

Harvey
No, tried that, silly question, but do I imput the Key, as written on the box, ie case sensitive and with spaces. I know I have done it before and had many attempts, but not sure which format finally worked!
Mr Coeur de Lion
Normally it is case sensitive and no spaces. So it is a 16 digit code that you normally enter twice if using windows to manage the connection. Then press the button on the box.If it doesn't work again, turn the box off for a couple of minutes. That'll reset it. I have to do that sometimes.
