CeeJay
Interesting to read in the Times recently of the incredible back-up facilities for Bradley Wiggins et al which included specially converted Volvo coaches at an enormous cost. Each seat for the team members apparently has an individual Sky + and HD facility for them to view, presumably, how they performed that day. Would this be officially sanctioned by Sky I wonder, if so, what about the rest of us?
andyh4
I think you will find all of the teams have specially converted coaches, although whether they all run to receiving Sky is another matter. Of course if it is a UK registered coach (which I think it might be) and if it has a commercial Sky contract there may be no issue whatsoever. Alan Zoff
and Sky have had a little publicity
idun
I remember that the England Football team were staying in France a few years ago at La Baule for some big competition and they had Sky tv. As the rest of us were not allowed, I wondered how they could. Either it is allowed or it isn't. Or maybe they'd signed it up with Beck's parents in England???? Quillan
If they use Satellite then they are going to have a problem down my neck of the woods if this reduction in 'foot print' takes place.
