We already have Orange wifi and TV installed and we can sometimes send and receive texts. My research tells me you can't use wifi calling on a UK mobile in France and you can't use call forwarding either. I've tried all the phone providers coming up on the phone but none are any better than the other as presumably all using the same antenna. Bouygues seem to be the prominent one.
