Christine Animal Posted July 22, 2008 Share Posted July 22, 2008 César was one of the elderly dogs rescued from the Angoulême refuge at Mornac. He was in foster care with Lisa who lives near Puy Malsignat in the Creuse when he suddenly ran off and disappeared on 25th June.Lisa has informed everyone in the area, farmers, vets, refuge, etc. His disappearance has been announced on Radio France Bleu Creuse and will be in the Paru Vendu Creuse next week. Noone has said they have seen César who is wary of strangers and would probably not go to anyone. César was wearing a green collar and is tattooed 2ADB 150.
