Bugsy
This lovely little girl arrived at our house this morning. She is young and quite small, a German Shepard cross, I guess, and very friendly. No Tattoos or Collar, we are going to the vets this afternoon to check for a microchip.I'm guessing she has been dumped so if anyone is after getting a dog, let me know.We are in 86 near Couhe. Christine Animal
Yes, it's marvellous and very helpful people on there who advise you and help contact all the necessary authorities when you've lost one. There's the same for cats www.chat-perdu.orgThis little girl looks young. Did the vet say how old he thought she was and I suppose she had that orange collar on her?I'll put her on Rescue later on.
Bugsy
The vet said about a year old and The collar is one I put on her.She is lying in front of the fire with our boxer Henri, both fast asleep. There is no way that we can keep her so if you could put her on rescue that would be great. You really are a star Christine. Jouals
It would also be worth notifying local refuges in case anyone is looking for her?Jouals
Bugsy
Well, we have tried pretty well everywhere local trying to find her owner and no success whatsoever. We, cannot, for many reasons, keep her so I will have to take her to the Mairie on Monday. They will, I'm told, keep her for 15 days prior to taking her to the SPA. Given that every SPA we have contacted have said they are full to capacity I really don't want to go down this route. In the mean time if anyone can offer her a loving, or even temporary home, please let me know.
Bugsy
Well, we couldn't bring ourselves to take her to the marie and we now have a happy ending. We have, thanks to Sue and the Hope Association, found a new home for this lovely dog. A big thank you to everyone who has tried to help with this, you are amazing people.
