Siret number ??

passepartout

Recommended Posts

RC stands for Registre des Commerces (sometimes RCS for Registre des Commerces et Sociétés).

Next is the town of Registration (here Bordeaux) and a letter (A = personne physique ; B = personne morale ; C = groupement d’intérêt économique, agent commercial ; D = société civile).

Then there should be 9 digits (SIREN).

The SIRET number is composed from the SIREN+ 5 digits (NIC) which represent the place where the business is located.

If you have all this, you can check the company registration here: http://avis-situation-sirene.insee.fr/avisitu/jsp/avis.jsp
