Do I need specific sign off on access equipment spanning an area open to the public or to use licenced and Insured access providers. I intend building a couple of dormers (If anyone has French CAD drawings we can maybe do a deal) however I shall frame and insulate myself leaving ready for the French boys to do the tiling.
