tom martin
I need to replace some copper pipe in the cave which has split in a few places due to frost. In the past I have employed the local plumber who seals the splits with solder which is fine but now the repairs are splitting. I was thinking of replacing a 2 to 3 metre length with PER pipe and doing it myself. Can I attached PER pipe to existing copper. The copper measures 19mm (outside diameter). There is also a junction off to an outside tap which uses a smaller copper pipe of 15mm which I would also need to connect at the same time. Appearance is not important ! Any advice would be appreciated
