Jo
My friend has just lost her husband, [:(] a heating engineer with very good DIY skills. ( He converted a barn to their current home himself.) She is left with a workshop full of very good quality tools, lathes, bench saws, drills, circular saws, you name it he had it. Always bought the right tool for the job, and the best quality he could afford. Does anyone know how we can get these valued for her? Someone suggested a garage sale, but to be honest these are far too good quality for that. While I know how much standard DIY tools cost, most of these are of a professional standard and I haven't got a clue.

Chancer
Perhaps E-bay.fr would be ideal if you dont know the value of the items.

Try and get as many prices as you can though, some people advertising here clearly live on a different planet to the rest of us!
