Bill
give or take three pencethere were two rates 5 percent for renovations 20 percent for new build, are there still two rates ? If so, anyone had problems in persuading suppliers to charge the lower rate ? If so how to handle ? rgdsBill

Val_2
They can only charge TVA if registered to do so and must produce two attestations that you sign, keep one copy and return one for the accountant/fisc for the artisan. Labour can be charged at 7% even if no materials supplied.
