MO
Does anyone have any ideas about how to stop a disruntled workmen (and extended family) patrolling borders of property. There have been instances of fly tipping at gate, electricity switched off at midnight, photographing subsequent workmen. The gendarmes have been informed and phoned the invididual twice to no avail. He was well paid initially but subsequent bills becamse so grotesquely large they were a nonsense and were not paid. It then transpired he had no cotisation etc so he is vulnerable to prosecution by the authorities though I hesitate to go that far since it's likely to bring venegeance down on our heads from his family. All in all a sticky situation. The fact that he is clearly slightly mad doesn't help tho' he didn't appear so initially.
idun
Instead of just informing the gendarmes, do an official porter plainte at the gendarmerie. Remember if you employed an illegal workman, you could also liable to prosectution too. We are supposed to check on who works for us.
