berkey
HIDoes anyone know what a PVR is? This is the reply I got from the mairee. It seems the PVR ran out in January and the commune will not pay anything towards the cost of the electricity connection. This was not a problem though as the buyer was prepared to pay the full amount, but this is not allowed for some reasonDepuis janvier 2015, les PVR n'existent plus et nous ne pouvons nous faire rembourser par votre acheteur les 9000 € de frais de raccordement.Pour une petite commune comme la notre cela représente une somme énorme que nous ne pouvons pas financer
Chancer
Participation voirie et réseaux.http://www.jurisprudentes.net/Suppression-de-la-participation.htmlIf the buyer was going to pay the full amount of the cost plus the taxe and he still is then I dont see what the problem is.Seems to be some juggling of figures going on. Loiseau
It's very confusing having the same question posed on so many threads! I just searched to find the answer, and then discover Chancer has pipped me to it on a third thread. Can they be combined somehow?Angela
