just john
Does anyone have any recommendation for getting the best place/exchange rate on cash for euro?, I have a chunk of dollars I'd like to exchange. I'm not sure CA is going to give me the best rate.

Oscar
1.Find out what your bank charges for foreign transactions, they can charge you a fee of as much as 3 percent on foreign transactions.2. Plan your budget while traveling. You don't want to carry a ton ofcash with you but you also should try to have enough cash so that youdon't get stuck having to make a currency exchange at high rates. My recommendation: Part money to keep in credit card, part money keep cash
