Just being (pernickity) (pernickaty) (pernicity) awkward, but is it, as I was taught, Good night from Jeremy & I, or me?

I was taught at school, one always said () and I, not me!

Also, the sign painted on the shop opposite mine, by a signwriter says, 'News & Stationary'!!! It should be stationery - 'cos its moving not staying put!! arghhh.. I have to look at that every day.

Now that really makes the mind boggle; do you think they perform the equivalent of the dance of the seven veils but with a snake/snakes involved somewhere whilst they bring you your pizza? I don't really fancy that idea ...

"Toni's Pizza's" .............. what exactly?

Or perhaps the signwriter dropped dead.

We have the Corner's Pub, I keep asking the owner when one or all of the corners will be in attendance.

My dear departed mother had a favorite joke about illuminated sign installers, on the last job of the day they were fixing up the letters for "Accles & Pollock" when to their dismay found that they had a "B" instead of a "P", not wanting to be blasphemous they returned to every previous customer that day looking for the missing "P".

The London Brick Company were not amused!
