EDRF email address

Hi,

I'm trying to organize a temporary builders supply. Our electrician has met the EDRF guys on site, but we've heard no more.

I know there's a English speaking helpline, but as I'm deaf, I really struggle on the phone.

Is there a English speaking email address ? Or any email address and I'll get an email ttranslated

I see they have changed their name agin. ERDF is now ENERDIS

Water may be a little more complicated.

First thing to find out is who the water provider is in your commune - eg SAUR, Veolia etc, or sometimes the commune is responsible for its own water supply. Then if there is already a supply and a meter, you just need to set up a contract with the provider.

If there is no supply connected and you're not on mains drainage or don't have a compliant fosse, it may be a long haul.
