Loan Secured on Property without income proof?

As I move in ever decreasing circles in my attempts to earn just a little bit of money, in desperation I ask;

Is there any way that I can obtain a mortgage or loan in France secured against my property which I own outright, without having to provide proof of earnings.

My funds being tied up by my former wife, I have no working capital and am earning a pittance which will not satisfy any of the lenders I have approached (except for the ones that advise they can obtain the loan if I send them 400 first...) whereas with a relatively small loan I will be in a position to generate the income to which I have become accustomed!

Any advice greatly appreciated.

From our experience whether you are borrowing to buy a car for example or buying an expensive item on monthly repayments in France like a computer, the lenders are not interested in your savings or collateral, only in your yearly income to assess the amount they will loan you to work out the monthly repayments by direct debit from your bank account and they will ask for written proof if it is a large loan. Remember it is not as easy to dispose property in France by creditors as it is in the UK and they prefer to tap into your wages instead.
