Contract return help!!!!

Hi - have noe recieved our contract from Credit Agricole for our mortgage but am a little confused what to do next?

This is how we see it after trying to translate our Guide Emprunter.

We need to sign the Acceptation de l'offre d'un montant with the date we recieved it - la date de reception?, the amount , the date which has to be the date we recieved it plus a minimum of 11 days, the place we sign it (le lieu?) and our signatures.
We then send this off to CA.

Then we think we have to sign the actual Offre De Credit Immobilier on the last page where it says signature du contract par l'empruntuer and send that to the Notaire? If this is correct do we send the whole contract, just the back page, or a copy?

Have we got this right?!!!!!
