Will Posted April 23, 2004 Share Posted April 23, 2004 I would imagine not - there are personal allowances in France, as in GB, and moreover if your tax bill for the year comes to less than a certain amount (I think about 80) you don't have to pay it - so that should buy a case of fairly decent wine.
