Clair Posted May 22, 2008 Share Posted May 22, 2008 You have to request the HC/HP tariff from EDF.Depending on how old your meter is, you should see two screens or an LCd display.Older meters look like this and display the HP and HC usage on two separate screens. Newer meters are electronic and you press the bottom button on the right-hand side to read the usage in HP and HC.Edit: you can give your reading over the phone (only if you understand French) on 0800 123 333 or you can register on the EDF website to do so online by creating your own Espace Client here: http://www.edf-bleuciel.fr/141001i/accueil.html Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
