0DRLddMMyyyy0Falseen-USTrue
Since late June moneybookers have failed to transfer just more than 14.000 Euro's of my money. None has turned up in my bankalthough I keep withdrawing itfrom Moneybookers.I get pathetic apologies saying there banks computors are not working properly. They seem to be totally hopeless recently. All I want is what is mine.Molly
0DRLddMMyyyy0Falseen-USTrue
Last e-mail from Moneybookers, after I demanded my money.thanks for your email, and please excuse the delay in replying. We are sorry for any inconvenience this delay might have caused, and we truly apologise for it, as we are currently experiencing communication problems with our bank in France, and this causes a delay in all payments due.We would like to assure you that we are currently doing our best in order to solve this problem in a timely manner, and execute your payment. Please do let us know if you should have further concerns or question. What sort of reply is that?Molly
0DRLddMMyyyy0Falseen-USTrue
LAST EDITED ON 27-Jul-04 AT 11:22 AM (BST)At last I have some of the money back. This is their excuse, so beware. We apologise so much that you had to wait for your money to be transferred onto your account in France for more then three weeks. Additionally we are aware of the fact that you are waiting again, since the 20th of July for the rest of your money.Frankly, we have had huge delays with withdraws in France. Generally, a withdraw takes three to four working days. Regards Molly
Danglar
I raised my doubts after this company had been advertised by impartial users and of the forum.I expressed my opinion about Moneybookers , perhaps too forcefully, and I was reproached by the webmaster who then deleted my postings. It looks therefore like the fear of being sued has a higher priority over telling the facts and issuing warnings.Beware of freshly registered members who speak wonderfully of companies and their services! Nick Trollope
On Monday last, I did 2 identical transfers. One through HIFX, one through Moneybookers. The money via HIFX turned up last night (Weds/Thurs) in my Cred Ag account. You will not be suprised to learn that Moneybookers had yet to send me notification that the money has arrived with them.Only prob is that HIFX won't deal for less than 5,0000 as I understand it.Nickhttp://www.aplaceinfrance.com
