Juswundrin
Could anyone confirm (a link to any relevant info would also be useful) whether the CSG/CRDS/etc deductions - 10% altogether, isn't it? - on interest received from worldwide savings apply from the very first centime or whether, as for income tax and the like, there's a lower limit? Thanks in advance. Hereford
Just had our (first) French tax bill, which we cannot understand! Have appointment next week to see "controller" who dealt with our file as the first lady we asked in our tax office couldn't explain our schedule as she couldm't understand the figures either...... Is this 10% social tax added to the normal tax or does it come on a separate bill please? If it is added to tax then this could explain the amount on our bill, which seems a lot higher than the figure we read off the "bareme" in the book we have.ThanksT.
