what to sign from notaire

I have to sign a document from notaire but which one is the date and which one to sign,and what are the other 2, can anyone help please

3.   Le

4.   On

I will do 1 & 4

1 Is the place where you sign the document

2 Is the date.

I would say either 1 and 3 or 2 and 4, as 2 and 4 are the translations into English of 1 and 3.

1 or 2 is where the document was signed, and 3 or 4 is the date the document was signed (like a French cheque).

Still doesn't give a place for your actual signature though.

thanks for replys, the purchaser has signed it next to the place and date, so i will do the same, i would have thought there would be a specific place to sign with some dots but its okay
